If you're experiencing difficulties then we can arrange for an engineer to visit your home and set-up your broadband connection and email for you.
Before we can set-up your broadband connection for your PC ready to use, there are a few things you need to do - we have compiled a handy checklist for you below.

Broadband Set-up Checklist
1: You have ordered your broadband connection with your chosen provider
2: You have received confirmation from the provider that your broadband service is active
3: You have received your welcome pack from the provider including modem / router
4: You have received your log on information and passwords from your chosen provider
 
If you can answer yes to all the questions above then you should be ready for us to come and set-up your broadband connection.
